Hey everyone, welcome to our new blog! You can stay updated on all our latest classes, watch video clips of tournaments and parade demonstrations, as well as read up on weekly classes and all the new techniques and poomse (patterns) we're learning!
Outlast Taekwondo was launched in March of 2012 and has already grown to include both general and adult classes, as well as summer day canps. That;s not all, wait till you see all the new stuff we'll have coming this fall!
This weekend is the Canada Day parade and OF COURSE we will be in it again, so be sure to come out and watch us do some board-breaking demonstrations! We just bought a bunch of fun patriotic docorations for the Outlast car. See you at the parade!
